Parts to a Seamless Residential Gutter System: We want to start with the most common problem in gutter systems. Caulk fails almost 90% of the time in the corners, joints,and endcaps. Leaking joints lead to costly repairs such as rotten fascia, soffit,roof decking and rafter tails(see photo in Photo Galley). Rain Line Professionals uses the two best caulks on the market. They are 2300 Geocel Tripolymer or Siroflex caulks. These caulks do not cure out and crack like most standard grade tar or silicone caulks used in today's industry. They are made for Rain Line's "Pro Tech Metal Roof System" and Rainware Gutter products. Hangers are the back bone of the system,Quickscrew hangers are design with proper angle for the most durable residential hanger today. Downspout Larger 3x4 downspouts are our standard for residential and commercial projects to help get the water out and away from the home. How We Do It: Step By Step Process We measure every run to make sure it will catch all the water shed and fits correctly. Rain Line Pro's custom form the gutter lengths onsite in one solid piece. Then we seal all endcaps,and install gutter correctly sealing any corners with 50 Yr caulk. The gutter is hung on the fascia board using heavy duty Quick screw hangers with a 1/4"x3" hex head screw. The hangers are placed every 24" on center this is very important to help prevent a wavy appearance in the gutter. After the gutter is hung, we then install the downspouts of choice square,or round. Downspouts are made onsite using our one piece custom offsets. We then clean up all work areas when finished and haul all debris off. Residential gutter is offered in 24 painted aluminum colors and copper coil stock material. The gutter can match your metal roof, siding or trim.
